At Shop More, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals are included.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Opened beauty and cosmetic items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital products and downloadable content

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers

  • Clearance, sale, or discounted products (unless defective)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or variant, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or receive store credit where applicable.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • EasyPaisa

  • JazzCash

  • Store Credit

  • Original Online Payment Method

Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds cannot be issued in cash. Approved refunds will be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • EasyPaisa

  • JazzCash

  • Store Credit

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment details to receive their refund.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Shop More will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
