2. Delivery Times

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote delivery locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Coverage

SHOP MORE™ proudly delivers to customers throughout Pakistan.

While we strive to serve all locations, delivery availability may vary in certain remote or restricted areas based on courier coverage.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

From time to time, SHOP MORE™ may offer free shipping promotions or special delivery campaigns at its sole discretion.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in eligible locations across Pakistan.

SHOP MORE™ reserves the right to limit or decline COD services for certain products, locations, or orders where additional verification may be required.

6. Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, customers may receive shipment updates through:

Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch.

7. Change of Shipping Address

Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to a courier partner, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

SHOP MORE™ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving shipment issues.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

SHOP MORE™ shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses, phone numbers, or recipient information provided by the customer.

Additional charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to incorrect information.

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

SHOP MORE™ shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, government actions, public holidays, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
